[2899] Basset Hound Hanging Welcome Sign

This is a simple Welcome Sign that can be hung on a hook from a house eave or hung on the wall near your door. Inside or out, it is a beautiful way to express your love of the Basset Hound, while saying Welcome to visitors.

The dog is cut from 1/16 inch steel.We have left the metal surface natural, only lightly spraying it with clear satin laquor to inhibit rust. Hung outside it will eventually start to rust and this creates a beautiful patina. Of course, you can paint your Welcome Sign to match your house or get fancy and paint the Basset to match your favorite hound.

Wall Brackets with Basset Hounds and American Flags
 

These bassets are cut out of 3/32 inch steel and the flags are of 1/16 inch steel. The bracket is 1 inch x 3/16 inch strap steel.

Overall Dimensions of these Welcome Signs is approximately
26 inches x 16 inches. ( We supply screws for mounting.)

We have allowed the surface to rust slightly and then sprayed it with clear satin lacquor. With time, the lacquor will wear off and the they will rust more and achieve a beautiful patina.

As with the Yard Signs, these Welcome Signs also look good painted...especially if you take the time to do the flag in red, white and blue and paint the Basset to look like your favorite hound.
